
My passion for real food was born from my own health journey. There was a time when I felt constantly exhausted, unwell, and frustrated. Despite normal lab results, I knew something wasn’t right. I felt unheard and I was tired of accepting that feeling the way I did was normal.
That’s when I discovered holistic nutrition and the powerful idea that real food can be medicine. I immersed myself in learning everything I could, and for the first time, I felt hopeful that I was finally on the right path.
Through this journey, I learned how foundational real food and balanced blood sugar are for overall health, not just for people with diabetes, but for everyone. With the guidance of a coach, I used a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) and gained eye-opening insights into how my body responded to food, stress, exercise, and sleep. By applying what I learned, my energy returned, my symptoms eased, and I finally felt like myself again.
This experience led me to the Nutrition Therapy Institute, where I earned my Nutrition Therapist Master Certification. The knowledge and tools I gained there continue to shape my work today.
